EZRA is seeking an Operational Shared Services Specialist in Sydney, hybrid role. You will own end-to-end registration and launch management for open enrolment programs and coordinate cross-functional workflows.

You’ll work with Customer Success, Billing, and Tech to ensure accurate revenue forecasting, timely invoicing, and effective back-office processing. A team-oriented, globally connected workplace supports growth.
