Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Staff Software Engineer – Full Stack to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered, scalable banking platforms. You will own end-to-end architecture across React, Next.js, Node.js, .NET and cloud services, shaping experiences for branch, customer and colleague interactions.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce complexity and accelerate delivery of intelligent banking solutions.
