Restaurant Cleaner – Premium Restaurant (Sydney)

We're a busy, high-end restaurant in the Sydney CBD looking for a reliable, detail-driven cleaner to join our team. Our guests expect a spotless room and so do we.

The role is an early AM cleaning role, in between night service and day service.

What you'll be doing
Vacuuming and mopping all floor areas, front and back of house
Cleaning and polishing stainless steel surfaces and equipment
Deep cleaning the bar, including surfaces, fridges, shelving and glassware areas
Cleaning the kitchen to a high hygiene standard
Cleaning, resetting and aligning tables and chairs ready for service
Moving and carrying tables and furniture for room changes and events
Resetting the venue so it's ready for the next service
Polishing cutlery, glassware and fixtures

What we're looking for
Previous cleaning experience,



ideally in hospitality (not essential if you have the right attitude)
A solid eye for detail and pride in your work
Reliable and punctual. The team relies on the venue being ready on time
Able to work independently and follow a cleaning checklist
Physically fit. The role involves lifting, carrying and being on your feet
Full working rights in Australia

What we offer
Casual Role with excellent pay
$40-$50 per hour
Secure, ongoing work
