As Store Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the daily operations, team leadership and performance of our Riverway Drive store.

You will work closely with the franchisee and our broader management team to maintain high operational standards, develop future leaders and create an workplace where our team can succeed.

Our store operates seven days per week, from 4:30am to 8:30pm. The successful applicant will need to be versatile with their working hours to meet operational requirements, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays when required.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 25 employees, including an Assistant Manager, Team Leaders and Baristas.
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring consistent coffee quality, food safety and exceptional customer service.
Manage staff rostering, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and performance management.




Monitor sales performance, labour costs, productivity, stock control and wastage.
Maintain workplace health and safety standards and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and business performance.
Develop and mentor future leaders, creating opportunities for internal career progression.
Maintain effective communication with the franchisee and broader management team.
Build a positive workplace culture based on teamwork, accountability, trust and respect.
Take responsibility for achieving operational targets and maintaining the store's overall performance.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
