About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Diamond Drillers to join our drilling team. As a Diamond Driller, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling equipment to obtain core samples safely and efficiently in accordance with company and client standards.

�� What You’ll Be Doing
Operating and maintaining contemporary surface diamond drill rigs
Leading and mentoring off-siders/driller’s assistants
Producing high-quality core samples to client specifications
Conducting daily pre-starts, equipment checks, and site safety procedures
Troubleshooting and problem-solving in remote, high-demand environments

�� What We Need From You
Proven experience in surface diamond drilling (essential)
Strong mechanical aptitude and safety-first mindset




HR or MC Licence Required
Ability to work 12-hour shifts in remote WA conditions
Current police clearance + ability to pass full pre-employment medical & DAS
Ability to FIFO from Perth or DIDO depending on site

Pay: $30.00 – $60.00 per hour
