Book jobs in and keep the workshop's daily schedule running smoothly with our head mechanic
Send quotes, follow them up, and keep customers updated on their cars
Raise invoices, take payments and follow up anything outstanding
Send service reminders and help with straightforward marketing
Order office and workshop supplies

About you:
Experience in customer service, reception or admin (automotive experience is a big plus)

Clear and confident on the phone and in writing
Organised, reliable and comfortable with computer systems (we use Mechanic Desk and Xero, and we'll train you)
Calm when it's busy, and you use the quiet times to get ahead

Why join us:
A small, friendly team where your work makes a real difference
Room to grow into a full time service advisor role
