About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced Café All-Rounder to join our team for the opening of a new café in the heart of Paddington.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new hospitality concept from the beginning, helping us create a welcoming neighbourhood destination with a focus on quality coffee, fresh food and thoughtful service.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in the details and brings a positive, proactive attitude to a busy café environment.

Responsibilities
Provide warm, attentive and professional customer service.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and food to a consistently high standard.
Take customer orders, process payments and operate the POS system.
Assist with food preparation, plating and general café duties.
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming café setting.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Restock supplies and support daily café operations.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

What We're Looking For




Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment.
Barista experience and confidence preparing quality coffee is highly regarded.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A friendly, approachable and qualified manner.
Solid attention to detail and pride in presentation.
The ability to multitask and remain organised during busy periods.
A reliable, proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
A genuine interest in positive food, coffee and hospitality.
Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
