As an experienced Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing an established portfolio of Commercial/Industrial properties in all aspects of property management with the assistance of efficient Administrators and excellent support from your Manager.

Your responsibilities include:
Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Tradespeople
Issue Disclosure Statements and Notices in relation to Rent Reviews, Arrears, Retail Tenants, and Notices of Default etc
Ensure rent and outgoings are paid when due
Action and manage maintenance requests
Handle Essential Services Compliant / Non-Compliant Reports
Manage Client Files and ensure accurate record keeping at all times
