CTS Group is looking for an experienced A-Grade Solar Electrician to join our growing team for an immediate start.

This is a hands-on role primarily working on solar installations for recent-build homes across Melbourne. We need someone experienced, reliable and confident taking charge on site, leading a team and keeping jobs moving efficiently.

The Role

You will be responsible for:
Taking charge of solar installations on site
Leading and managing a small installation team
Coordinating the day and allocating tasks to the team
Completing installations efficiently and to a high standard
Ensuring work is completed safely and compliantly
Testing, commissioning and completing required electrical documentation
Maintaining a clean and qualified job site
Communicating with CTS Group management regarding job progress and any site issues

What We're Looking For

You must have:
Current VIC A-Grade Electrical Licence
Strong hands-on solar installation experience




Ability to confidently lead and manage a team
Own reliable vehicle
Own tools
Strong work ethic and good time management
Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
Positive understanding of electrical and solar compliance requirements
Current driver's licence

Battery experience is highly regarded but not essential.

$80-$90 per hour, depending on experience
