The position of the Cook will be responsible for the following;
Cooking Fryers / Grilling in a high volume kitchen
Lead junior staff on shift
Food Preparation and handling
Portion and Quality Control
Maintain the Cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area
Stock Management
Work Experience : 1 - 3 years cook position
Qualifications : Commercial Cookery III or similiar (desirable)
