PwC Australia is seeking a Senior Manager in the Employee Share Schemes space within the Business Tax Team in Sydney. You will advise private businesses on ESS, equity incentives and related tax considerations, working with founders, employees and other stakeholders to design robust structures.

You will lead client delivery, draft recommendations and collaborate with PwC’s legal and deals teams to deliver integrated advice.
