Oporto is seeking a Casual Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of a busy restaurant on the NSW Central Coast. You will drive profitability, lead a team, manage food cost and labour, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in line with our brand standards.

You will mentor staff, maintain high safety and quality standards, and contribute to a vibrant Oporto Familia culture while delivering consistent performance in a rapid-paced setting.
