Lead and manage Surgical Services (theatres, clinics, workforce, budget)
Oversee governance, performance, and service delivery
Contribute to statewide strategy
Maintain a clinical surgical workload

Specialist registration (AHPRA)
Senior consultant with solid leadership/management experience
