Red Rooster is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations on the Central Coast, NSW. You will drive sales, manage costs, and lead a team to deliver high-quality food and outstanding customer experiences.

You will translate strategy into action, coach crew to perform at their best, and uphold safety and brand standards in a rapid-paced workplace. This is a full time role with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
