Western Property Reports is looking for a reliable and experienced Routine Inspection Officer to join our team and carry out rental property routine inspections throughout South Perth and surrounding suburbs.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone looking for versatile work, particularly a mum wanting to balance family commitments with a rewarding role in the property industry.

The Role
Conduct routine rental property inspections across South Perth and surrounding suburbs.
Minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
Choose morning or afternoon inspection runs to suit your schedule.
Work on a flexible, contractor basis, paid per completed job.
Receive payment every Friday.
Weekly fuel allowance provided.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in routine property inspections or property management is essential.




Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
Own iPhone for completing inspections and taking photos.
Strong attention to detail and good time management.
Ability to work independently and communicate professionally.
Reliable, organised and able to meet deadlines.
