About the role
As a Full Time Supervisor you will be assisting in all areas of the day to day operations of running a Licensed Club. The role is a hands on position and will require outstanding customer service and communication skills. You will be required to lead, manage staff matters and be the escalation point for customer queries.
The role includes:
Lead a team upwards of 20staff during a shift
Manage theday to day running of Swansea RSL across all areas of the club; including Reception, Gaming, Food & Beverage, Promotions & Back of House
Provide direction and support in trouble shooting issues
Interacting with people from all walks of life
Deliver gold standard customer service
Skills and experience
Experience leading a team in a club/hotel workplace
Solid knowledge of Gaming & Food & Beverage
Ability to work days, nights, weekends as required
