Maintain transparent documentation, lifestyle assessments and continuous improvement against Standard 7 (The residential community) of the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
Build strong links with families and the Bunyip community
What you bring
Proven leadership of a team, and the confidence to set direction and follow through

Lifestyle or leisure coordination experience in aged care or a similar setting
Strong planning, communication and documentation skills
Energy, creativity and a real passion for older people
Current National Police Check (or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance) and the right to work in Australia
What you get
$39.63 to $40.26 per hour (based on experience), plus super and not-for-profit salary packaging
Part time, fixed term (about 12 months), 24 hours a week
Flexible schedule: three 8-hour days or four 6-hour days
A role where your leadership is seen and felt every day
