The Star Entertainment Group in Sydney is seeking a Commis Chef to work closely with the Sous Chefs in a rapid-paced, hands-on kitchen that emphasizes safety, quality and creativity. This permanent full time role sits in the Oasis Dining precinct, a hub of culinary craftsmanship supporting a premium entertainment setting.

You will train juniors, help with core cooking tasks, and ensure high standards while adhering to hygiene and liquor laws.
