About the Role
Casual position for the first 3 months, with the chance to transition to a full time salaried position for the right candidate.
Award wages paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry Award
Opportunity to transition into a full time salaried position after the initial 3 months, based on performance, reliability, and business needs

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working in a busy café, restaurant, or bar
Confident making coffee and operating a commercial espresso machine
Experience preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
Excellent customer service and communication skills




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Essential Requirements
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
Previous barista experience
Previous bar experience
Australian work rights
