As a Packaging Line Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art packaging lines. You'll be responsible for monitoring and operating various machinery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a protected and clean work environment.

Shifts rotate weekly - Day shift 6am-2pm, Afternoon shift 2pm-10pm, Night shift 10pm to 6am

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor packaging equipment, including but not limited to fillers, cappers, labellers, and palletisers
Conduct quality checks and perform equipment adjustments as required to maintain optimal performance
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols
Utilise forklift skills to move and organize finished goods and raw materials efficiently
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues,



ensuring continuous improvement

Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in a manufacturing or packaging setting is highly desirable
Valid Forklift Licence and the ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently is desirable
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
