Southern Cleaning and Lawn Services is looking for a reliable and honest Strata Cleaner to join our team and help maintain our clients' properties to a high standard. We are a small, family-owned business specialising in strata cleaning services. We are based in the Sutherland Shire and service properties in the local area and in the Bayside and Georges River council areas. Our service area is from Engadine to Brighton-Le-Sands and out to Penshurst.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, staircases, lifts, and corridors
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and entryways
Dust surfaces, skirting boards, handrails, and other fixtures
Remove rubbish and manage waste
Clean and maintain bin areas
Remove cobwebs and maintain outdoor common areas, pathways, and entrances
Report maintenance issues, damage, hazards, or safety concerns
Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
Change light globes as required
Assist the gardening team from time to time.
About You
Reliable and on time
Able to work independently and without supervision
Looking for a long-term and reliable role
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning tasks
Drivers Licence
Experienced in commercial or strata cleaning (preferred, but not essential)
