Keen for a role you can make your own? Looking for your next challenge? Ready to make a change?

We’re after a driven, hands-on All-Rounder Store Person to take charge of our client warehouse.

This isn’t a sit-back-and-follow-instructions role. You’ll have a real chance to learn the ropes, then refine and build the position as you grow into it.

If you’ve got the drive to take a warehouse and make it better, we want to hear from you.

What’s in it for you?
8am-4pm. Mon - Fri.
Permanent position or Casual, temp to perm available
Located in Wingfield
Full charge of the warehouse, with support around you when you need it
Genuine room to shape, refine and grow the role over time

What We’re Looking For:
Ambition and drive — someone who wants to grow and refine this role, not just fill it
Experience in stores / warehouse position
Proven history working independently and taking ownership
Reliable, organised and proactive
Forklift license

The Role:

You’ll largely run the warehouse independently, with support available around you,

taking ownership of day-to-day store operations. This is a role for someone who wants autonomy and is ready to be trusted with it.
Take charge of day-to-day
Receive, store and manage stock accurately
Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
Keep the warehouse clean, organised and running efficiently
Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes
Work independently and take ownership of outcomes, with support around you when needed
Help shape the role as the business grows
