We are partnering with an exciting client who are seeking an experienced End-to-End Accountant to join a cooperative finance team and take ownership of the full accounting function.

Key Responsibilities:
Transparent interpretation of actual results, key drivers and implications for future financial performance.
Manage and maintain accurate accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations, with a strong understanding of variance analysis.
Maintain robust financial controls and ensure financial results are recorded in line with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy and reporting outcomes.




Work collaboratively across Finance teams to continuously improve the speed and automation of financial data capture, reconciliations, reporting, analysis and insight generation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the broader finance and accounting function.

About You:
CPA/CA qualification – ideally qualified.
5+ years’ accounting experience – particularly in commercial/corporate environments.
Strong month-end experience – including reporting, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
Variance analysis & financial reporting – able to interpret results and explain key drivers.
Financial controls & accounting standards – strong technical accounting foundation.
