UNSW is seeking a Lead Business Analyst - HR Solutions to drive HR technology strategy across enterprise platforms at the Kensington campus. You will lead a team of analysts, shaping design and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM and related HR systems.

You will collaborate with HR, IT and vendors to deliver secure, compliant, scalable solutions that enhance processes and employee experience. This fixed-term, full time role offers hybrid flexibility within a energetic university
