Meantime On Beaumont is a 100% gluten free licensed restaurant and function venue on Beaumont Street, Hamilton. We run a busy functions program alongside our restaurant trade, and we take both our food and our service seriously.

We are looking for a senior bar person to run our bar across functions and weekend service. You will have guaranteed Friday and Saturday shifts every week, with additional shifts available for midweek functions. This is an immediate start.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Running the bar through functions and peak weekend service
Setting up and packing down bars for events
Making cocktails and pouring beer and wine to a consistent standard
Responsible service of alcohol, including ID checks and refusals
Stock rotation, ordering support, and keeping the bar clean and organised
Helping lead and train junior bar staff on shift





WHAT WE ARE AFTER

Current NSW RSA competency card, this one is essential
