We would love to hear from you Rosanna Traditional Chinese Medicine is a well-established, welcoming and qualified clinic with over 30 years of experience caring for our community.

We are looking for a warm, organised, proactive, experienced and capable Clinic Manager to join our friendly team for 3 days per week.

What we're looking for
Previous clinic management, medical/allied health reception experience is essential.
Experience using Cliniko practice management software is essential ( or similiar)
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence managing appointments, patient enquiries and daily clinic operations.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
A positive,



professional and caring approach to patients and colleagues.
Someone who takes initiative enjoys responsibility and helps keep the clinic running smoothly.

About the role

You will play an important role in the day-to-day running of our clinic, supporting our practitioners, caring for our patients and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and professionally.
