One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Support Field Infrastructure Engineer in Brisbane and Adelaide. We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
Experience in any of the following technologies would be advantageous: ITIL Foundation or higher, Microsoft certifications, Cisco certifications, Data centre facilities, ICT infrastructure,
Technical writing and drafting i.e., Auto CAD and Visio.
Analyses service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
Contributes to the availability management process and its operation.
Provides technical expertise to enable the correct application of operational procedures.
Investigates problems in systems, processes and services.
Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures. Note
