ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an organised, reliable and customer-focused Office & Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Moree, NSW.

This is an onsite position suited to someone with previous administration experience, solid computer skills and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, assisting customers and helping ensure the smooth running of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
Performing general administration duties, including data entry and filing
Processing invoices, receipts and purchase orders
Contacting customers regarding orders
Attending to the small retail store on the premises as required
Printing and preparing delivery run sheets
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised office setting




Using computers and social media for business-related tasks
Providing general customer service and administrative support

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with explicit spoken English
Robust computer skills, including familiarity with social media
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
The ability to remain calm and skilled in a rapid-paced environment
A proactive approach, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes
The ability to work independently and confidently as part of a team
A robust work ethic and a customer-focused attitude
