Catering Assistant

$27.09 per hour as a permanent, part-time employee, plus superannuation
Port Macquarie
Monday to Friday 7am to 2pm

THE POSITION
Deliver quality meal services.
Support a busy, rapid-paced kitchen team.
Manage stock rotation and stock control.
Follow food safety and workplace health procedures.
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
Assist with daily kitchen operations.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

THE PERSON
Sound experience in catering, food service, hospitality, or a similar workplace.




Confident working both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
Basic food preparation skills and an understanding of food allergens.
A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
Police Check holder (or be willing to obtain a police check).
