About the Company

A well-established commercial builder is looking to add an Estimator to its team in North Brisbane.

The business delivers a broad mix of commercial construction projects across South East Queensland and is looking for an Estimator with experience pricing small to mid-sized projects across a variety of sectors.

About the Role

Working closely with the estimating and delivery teams, you’ll be responsible for:
Reviewing tender documentation
Quantity take-offs and measurement
Trade scoping and subcontractor enquiries
Quote analysis and levelling
Cost planning and tender preparation
Identifying risks, opportunities and value engineering options
Preparing tender submissions
Handover to project delivery teams

About You

You’ll ideally have:
Estimating experience within commercial construction
Experience pricing small to mid-sized construction projects




Strong understanding of construction methodology and trade packages
Positive subcontractor and supplier relationships
Solid attention to detail and commercial awareness
Ability to manage tenders from initial review through to submission

Experience across commercial, industrial, retail, education, hospitality, healthcare or similar sectors will all be considered.
