This role is ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and enjoys working in a patient-focused workplace.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting patients in a warm and professional manner
Managing appointment bookings and phone enquiries
Handling patient records and maintaining confidentiality
Processing payments and basic administrative tasks
Supporting the clinical team as needed

About You




Previous reception or customer service experience (dental/medical preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
