The ACT Government Directorate of Compliance is seeking an Assistant Director, Legal and Compliance. Reporting into the Senior Director, Legal, you will provide legal, regulatory, licensing and compliance advice on complex matters within the Territory.
You will conduct research, analyse legislation and prepare briefs and recommendations, undertake compliance assessments and identify regulatory risks, and build robust stakeholder relationships across government, industry and the community.
