About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll manage a high volume of maintenance work orders on our Homes NSW contract from receipt through to completion. You'll enter recent work orders and supplementary works as they come in, break them down by trade, and allocate them to our site supervisors, internal staff and contractors to get works underway. You'll be the key point of contact between the client and our supervisors, keeping everyone updated until each job is complete.
