Fondata 1872 in Kangaroo Ground is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy Italian-inspired kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will lead a section and help deliver high-quality rustic Italian dishes daily.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a rapid-paced kitchen, a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a Diploma of Hospitality (or equivalent), and a passion for mentoring staff while maintaining top food hygiene and portion control.
