Engineering Degree in Process/Chemical Engineering or science relevant field (desirable)
Project management experience (desirable)
Water / wastewater treatment systems experience ideally with a membrane biological reactor (MBR) and reverse osmosis operations experience (desirable)
3+ years working experience in operating and maintaining MBR and Reverse osmosis systems
Experience with Industrial PLC/SCADA systems, establishing trends and data extraction
Demonstrated experience in environmental compliance including regulatory agency interactions
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills, including ability to clarify, time manage, resolve issues and make decisions
Robust analytical skills, high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
Ability to establish and maintain ongoing effective relationships




Ability to assess situations and determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make explicit decisions which are timely and in the best interests of Veolia.
Knowledge and understanding of WHS legislation and regulations specific to the area of work
Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and knowledge of asset management systems
Driver’s license (required)
