Your Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing from direct invoice receipt, project coding and approvals to payment, without a purchase order (PO) matching system in Odoo




Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and meet deadlines
Prepare and review bank reconciliations
Process and reconcile corporate credit cards using Prospend
Ensure accuracy and compliance for audit purposes
Assist with timesheet management and payroll
Support general office administration (phones, travel, couriers, etc.)

What You’ll Bring – the Essentials
Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Assistant Accountant roles
Solid understanding of AP processes (mining/project experience highly regarded)
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and accuracy
Confident, experienced user of Excel and accounting systems
Robust communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
