Summary

We are seeking a dedicated OHSC Educator to join our team in Cottesloe and Fremantle, working approximately 20 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational experiences for children in our out-of-hours school care program. Your passion for education and child development will help create a nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging educational programs tailored to the needs of children in out-of-hours school care.
Create a secure and inclusive workplace that promotes positive behaviour and social skills.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.




Maintain accurate records of children's activities and progress.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organisational policies.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a related field.
Experience working with children in an educational or care setting.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education.
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
A valid Working with Children Check.
