The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. If you love engaging with people, thrive in a fast-paced café workplace, and appreciate the charm of a honey-themed venue, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour.
Take orders and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen team.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and the cozy ambiance of the café.




Offer insights into the local area and enhance guests' tourism experiences.
Provide assistance with bar services, including alcoholic beverages, adhering to RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements where applicable.

About You
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for outstanding service.
Experience in bar services and a Victorian RSA certification is highly regarded.
Prior hospitality or tourism experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated candidates.
An interest in the honey and bee theme adds an extra buzz to your role
