Schedule: Sunday to Friday, Saturdays off. Shifts fall between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

About Us

We are a busy kitchen offering sushi, à la carte dining, catering, and meal service for local schools. We serve breakfast and lunch and are looking for a reliable, motivated cook to join our team.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items for à la carte service
Prepare sushi
Prepare food for catering orders and school meal programs, including portioning and packing
Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards consistently
Keep the kitchen, stations, and equipment clean and organized
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage guidelines
Check ingredient quality, label and date products, and help with inventory and stock rotation
Work with kitchen staff and front-of-house to get orders out accurately and on time




Help with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements
At least 1 year of kitchen experience preferred (training provided)
Willingness to learn sushi preparation, or prior sushi experience a plus
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
Able to work in a quick-paced environment and handle high-volume orders
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with early morning starts
Food handler’s card or willingness to obtain one
