About the Role:

As a Fishing Sales Assistant, you’ll be the go‑to expert for all things fishing.
Assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures, accessories & more
Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options
Merchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing
Stay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technology
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a outstanding shopping experience

Who Are We Looking For:
Passion for fishing – whether it's freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing,

Strong communication skills in a friendly, approachable, and engaging manner
Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers and team

Previous Experience: within stock, customer service, and sales within a rapid‑paced environment
