ACLAND GRANGE S.R.S in St Kilda, VIC, is seeking an experienced Residential Care Officer to join our full time team. The role provides person-centred support across personal care, medication administration, facility upkeep, nutrition planning, and community engagement.

You will mentor junior staff, maintain accurate records, and help design and enforce standard operating procedures while working adaptable shifts to meet resident needs.
