Aptella Pty Ltd in NSW is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead the Civil sales team within a growing technology business. You will shape and execute sales plans, drive market growth and profitability, and manage key customer relationships while collaborating with regional leaders, Sales Operations, Rental and Marketing.

You will coach and develop the team, set territories and targets, and identify current prospects to strengthen Aptella’s market presence. Travel with customers is expected.
