Estia Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our aged care team. You will provide clinical care to residents, develop individual assessments and care plans, and ensure accurate documentation to meet AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.

You will lead and mentor Personal Care Workers, fostering a holistic, patient-centred approach to care, while building rapport with residents and families in a supportive, values-driven setting.
