Sharp and Carter is assisting a large national manufacturer in Brisbane’s south-west to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for in office, permanent employment. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles, collaborate with People Business Partners and site leaders, and support workforce reporting.

You will gain hands-on experience with waged recruitment, labour hire, and campaigns within a large organisation, with opportunities for long-term growth opportunities in talent acquisition.
