ROLLER is seeking an R&D; Programs & Operations Lead in Sydney to drive the department's efficiency and alignment with product strategy. You’ll partner with the Chief Product Officer and VP of Engineering to smooth planning, governance, and cross‑functional workflow.

You’ll own cadences, communication, and goal tracking, coordinate initiatives, and ensure timely escalation and delivery. This role is central to enabling excellent products and teams in a quick‑growing tech setting.
