About the Role

This is a full-time, in-office call centre role where you’ll manage general insurance claims (primarily motor), assess liability, and recover funds from at-fault parties. You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, negotiate outcomes, and help resolve disputes — all in a rapid-paced, detail-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
Negotiate payments to achieve positive financial outcomes for all parties
Problem solve and objection handling to achieve account resolution.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines
Support customers, including those experiencing financial hardship




Resolving customer queries in a timely manner and actioning accordingly.
