The Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced section waiters/waitresses and Bartender to join our FOH team in Lotus. If you are skilled, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality workplace, we want to hear from you.
Previous experience managing your own section in a high-end or busy restaurant
Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, professional approach
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service,



including wine and cocktails
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
Mandarin-speaking a plus
Current NSW RSA and full Australian working rights
At least 2 years’ experience in a cocktail bar or busy restaurant bar
Confidence making classic cocktails independently
Strong organisation and attention to detail during busy service
A reliable, collaborative approach to working with the floor team
A current NSW RSA and valid Australian working rights
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
