Darling Group in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in leading a busy floor and delivering a best-in-class guest experience across our venues.

You will coach front-of-house teams, assist with rostering, stock, and training, and step in when the Venue Manager is absent. Availability for weekends and holidays, RSA required, and a explicit path to progression toward a Venue Manager role.
