Alcoa Corporation is seeking a Health & Safety Manager for WA Mining to lead strategic and operational HSE initiatives at Huntly and Willowdale. Based on site, you will partner with senior leaders to strengthen risk management, auditing and incident prevention, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

You will build capability, lead cross-functional teams, and champion a culture where everyone goes home protected. This permanent role offers a Monday to Friday roster and attractive advantages.
