Uncapped commission based on portfolio performance
The option to work remotely or from our Canberra office
The ability to own your P&L; and build your empire, or focus solely on delivery if leadership isn’t your preference

A seasoned recruitment qualified with a demonstrated track record of business development and successful delivery to federal government clients in a commercial recruitment environment
Evidence of longevity and consistent performance
Ideally, someone whose existing client base has been impacted by recent procurement changes and is ready to leverage our SME advantage
